What we have not published

We have not published a guide for moving an existing Affinity, Harmonic, Slack or document workflow into Stella: there is no customer import playbook, activation checklist or time-to-value commitment yet. Talk to us and we will plan the move with you.

When your data leaves

When your agreement ends, or when you ask in writing, we delete or return your personal data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
That is the only deletion commitment published today. A retention schedule for each class of data will follow with the data map.
We announce a new sub-processor at least 30 days before it handles your personal data.

Our restore is not your export

Our backup and restore procedure is how we recover the hosted service after a failure. It is not a way for you to export your diligence work, or to import it from another tool.

Connected tools are not imports

Web research looks up public company information: company names and domains go out, and the results are stored with the deal they belong to. That is enrichment, not an import. Step-by-step imports from Affinity or Slack are not published yet.

Legal pages still to come

A public privacy notice, terms of service and data map are planned. They are not live yet; until they are, these pages and the draft data processing addendum are what we have written down.
